Our growth does not have to mean a shrinkage for our competitors; direct or indirect. We believe that the relationship that we have with our competitors is not Zero Sum. They DO NOT have to lose for us to WIN.
Our relationship with our team members:
Our growth does not have to be only in terms of revenue or profits. It can also come from Growth of our team members. We believe that companies do not innovate; people in those companies do. A company can only enable innovation.
Our relationship with our customers:
Our growth does not have to mean that we treat our users as our customers and share only what is needed with them. We can treat them as our partners and involve them in our decision-making process. We can go beyond close–door–user–interviews and enable open sharing of their ideas and opinions with our community of other users. We can be transparent with them about what we are building in the future and not worry about making our plans public.
Our relationship with our share holders:
Our growth does not have to mean only in terms of money. It has to be in terms of impact and value. If we are delivering enough value to our customers and partners, growth will follow. The idea is not to just build wealth but to create wealth through the delivery of value.
If you think about it, our growth comes through innovation by our team members that deliver value to our customers and partners. Simply speaking, we have to have a vested interest in the growth of our customers.
This is where our Mission of helping 100K Agencies Grow, Fulfil and Earn also comes from!
So, we started by asking this question to ourselves:
How do we offer the best knowledge, the best products and services, and the best of everything that an Agency needs to Grow, fulfill and Earn?
The answer was:
We cannot, no one can! We cannot create the best courses or write the best E-books or build all the products that Agencies need.
But one thing we can do is become a central resource. And that’s the core idea behind our Collaborative Approach to Growth at Clientjoy.
What if we were able to get the best courses at better prices? What if we were able to curate brilliant E-books written by others? And what if we were able to partner with other Products that are doing as much as us for Agencies?
That would be super valuable. If the E-books are co-branded or courses are by people who are not Clientjoy team members or Products are by different companies altogether. So, what!
Our goal is NOT to keep the customer with us and only in our ecosystem. Our goal is to bring together the best that this world has to offer and give it to our customers.
